Climate Change All Change

Last month, Ella and Susie from Haverstock joined students at a local primary school for a co-design workshop in collaboration with Climate Change All Change.

Climate Change All Change brings designers and children together in primary schools to create and co-design, innovative eco-friendly design concepts with Year 5 Students.

This opportunity for collaborative design between students and design professionals empowers students, encouraging them to use their agency in climate conscious design, while introducing designers to fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.Ella and Suise listened to students’ presentations, gaining insight to children’s priorities in designing a sustainable future, and offered feedback on their designs for further exploration and iteration.

This co-design format offers students insight into the architectural process, from research and investigation to the preparation and presentation of designs, supplying them with practical skills for the future.This inspiring exchange of ideas, highlighted the value of collaboration with young people in shaping a more sustainable and imaginative future.
