Women still make up only 31% of architects and just 14% of the construction workforce, highlighting the ongoing gender imbalance across the built environment. At Haverstock, women represent over 50% of our practice and we remain committed to supporting more women into careers in architecture and construction. Increasing representation across the sector is essential to building a more inclusive industry that reflects and supports everyone.
