Set in the National Landscape of the Surrey Hills, the proposed new campus will provide a dedicated, specialist learning environment for young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), focused on the performing and creative arts. Facilities will include purpose-designed spaces for music, drama, dance, film, media, and art—supporting students to develop their talents in a nurturing, fully inclusive setting.

Founded by musician and philanthropist Sir Richard Stilgoe, The Orpheus Centre offers a unique ‘live and learn’ experience, combining education with supported residential living. The charity continues to thrive with support from businesses, artists and community partners.

Haverstock has worked closely with The Orpheus Centre team and trustees to bring this exciting vision to life—creating a transformative space where creativity, confidence and independence can flourish.
