Open City 2025

In June Haverstock took part in Open City’s Young City Maker’s Programme, getting young people between the ages of 9-11 involved in architecture, design and model making, helping students understand their role in shaping the city!

With this year’s theme of play and Haverstock’s unparalleled experience of designing schools, we chose the brief ‘A School for Play’, encouraging students to design their dream school of play.

Team Visit – Dover Maison Dieu Opens it’s Doors

A Decade in the Making: Last week, the Haverstock team had the absolute pleasure of visiting the recently completed Dover Maison Dieu — a truly extraordinary moment for us all.

This project has been a labour of love for the past 10 years, and to finally see the restored building brought back to life was nothing short of remarkable. It was particularly special to be shown around by our very own Jasmin and Tom, whose passion and dedication have been central to the project’s success.

Gingerbread City 2024

This year’s Gingerbread City takes on the theme of the ‘Recycled City’, and our sweet rendition of this is the reimagining of London’s traditionally private residential Victorian terrace into a vibrant community asset, Haverstock’s ‘Quality Street’!

Through small, thoughtful repairs and playful adaptations, we breathe new life into these familiar structures, weaving the existing fabric into a patchwork of textures, colours and stories.
