Jess has reached this major milestone and we are so proud of her successfully passing her Part 3 exams and becoming a fully qualified architect.
This week, Haverstock attended Learning Enviroments Scotland in Glasgow! Our Partner Claire and Associate Anna, represented Haverstock at the conference, taking part in crucial discussions on design for education.
In ‘Inclusive Estate’, Claire Jackson of Galliford Try, Claire Barton of Haverstock and Jennifer Freeman from NORR Architects explored the similarities and differences in designing and delivering schools for children with SEND in England and Additional Support Needs in Scotland.
Haverstock is pleased to share that the planning application for the Hillingdon Water Sports Facility and Activity Centre (HWSFAC) has now been submitted.
The proposal will deliver a unique, multi-use resource for water- and land-based outdoor activities, including replacement facilities for Broadwater Sailing Club and HOAC, a youth educational charity providing outdoor learning opportunities for young people, particularly those who are disadvantaged or disabled.

Haverstock is delighted to announce that the Maison Dieu is a Regional Finalist for both a Civic Trust and the AABC Conservation Award 2026 and will now be considered for National Awards with the winners announced January 2026.
After 14 years of dedicated investigation, repair, and conservation, the revitalised Maison Dieu opened permanently to the public for the first time in its 800-year history this May.

Haverstock is pleased to share that this month, plans for the new Balgores SEND School were submitted to the London Borough of Havering. One of the largest special needs schools in the country, this project is designed to transform specialist education and support for young people in the local area, the new school will provide places for 300 students aged 4-19 years with autism and other complex learning needs.

Haverstock have been working with The Orpheus Centre Trust and are delighted to announce that the planning application for a new Education Campus at The Orpheus Centre has been successfully submitted. This marks a major milestone for the project.

Yesterday, Bessie, Sophie and Nicole completed our social-value art installation at Riverside Primary School!
This collaborative effort between Haverstock and the students results in a colourful hanging installation in the entryway to one of the new buildings at the school. Formed from over 250 individually made and decorated paper-mache bowls created by students at the school!
Haverstock is excited to share that our model, created in collaboration with students as part Open City Young City Makers programme, ‘The School of Play’ won the Champions of Play Award!
